Dan Woodward

Chief Executive Officer

With over four decades of senior executive experience, Dan’s past roles include serving as Chairman and CEO at Enherent Corp., as well as senior executive posts at both EDS and IBM serving the needs of the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, distribution, social services, telecommunications and financial services market segments. While serving on the Board of Directors for the OneStar National Service Commission and working with a variety of different nonprofit organizations, Dan recognized the need to provide nonprofits with better tools in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness. His extensive experience in executive leadership, technology and operations led him to start Urgensee to help nonprofits raise more money and do more good.

Maíra dos Santos

Vice President, Nonprofit Solutions

Maíra joined Urgensee in 2016 to lead the regional operations in the Gulf Coast area. Maíra has over 10 years of nonprofit business operations experience coupled with hands-on experience developing Salesforce.com to dramatically transform an operation. Most recently Maíra served as the Director of Operations for The Woods Project, a nonprofit organization in the Houston area that provides life and leadership skills to low-income youth through wilderness exploration and education.

Dhruv Khattar

Vice President, Consulting

Starting his career in large for-profit organizations before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Dhruv was surprised to see how the Salesforce platform enabled small and thrifty nonprofits to build comparable competencies. At Urgensee, Dhruv brings his passion and experience in lean operations, design thinking and product management to Nonprofit and Higher Education clients. Dhruv holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and an MS in Information Management

Carolyn Vance

Consultant

Carolyn joined Urgensee in 2017 as a consultant, bringing an eclectic skill-set gleaned from several years of work in the intelligence community, a dozen years of classical homeschooling, and involvement in the non-profit sector as both volunteer and administrator. Her love of learning more and helping others, coupled with a long-standing interest in systems administration, makes helping clients one of the high points of her day. Carolyn is a Certified Master Hand Knitter and Certified Technical Editor.

Karen Darger

Developer

Starting her career, Karen taught high school math for Teach For America. Karen served as a business analyst and business analyst manager for the education focused non profit, Reasoning Mind. Following her success at Reasoning Mind, Karen moved on to serve the PBS and NPR affiliate KQED where she served as a Salesforce.com Developer and System Administrator. Karen received her BA in Philosophy from Princeton University.

Taylor Moyer

Consultant

Taylor has over a decade of experience working with nonprofit, for-profit, and educational institutions in operations, data management, and teaching/training. She has a drive for helping clients leverage technology as a user-friendly and efficient tool in reaching their missions. Taylor is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and holds an MA in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Megan Michaelson

Consultant

Megan Michaelson brings over 20 years of experience in Consulting, Learning & Development, and Program Management. She excels in enhancing client engagement and delivering tailored solutions to ensure clients of all sizes are maximizing their investments in workflow solutions. Megan received her BS in Business Management from Skidmore College and also serves on the board of NAMI Shoreline and enjoys country life with her dogs. She brings a client-focused, data-driven approach to her role, ensuring business success and client satisfaction.

Kenna Holder

Consultant

Kenna started her career as a project manager and biomedical researcher in a non-profit interdisciplinary research lab, where her area of focus was early detection and prevention of neurodegenerative diseases. Having found a passion for solving complex problems while completing her Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Denver University, she worked alongside team members with specialization in both CE and Biomedical Engineering. After college, Kenna went on to split her time between working as an EMT on a 911-response ambulance and supporting data projects related to the implementation of a CRM for a large private equity firm. Kenna joined the team here at Urgensee as a consultant in 2024, bringing along her love for working closely with both clients and coworkers to present the highest-quality solutions for any challenge she is faced with.

Jose Juan Victoriano

Senior Developer

Jose Juan, with nearly a decade of experience as a software developer, started his career developing software applications in the banking and financial services sector. He spent several years with Dalton Corporation and then moved into the Salesforce.com ecosystem supporting international clients building highly customized applications to serve unique industry challenges. Jose Juan received his BS in Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico De Ciudad Guzmán. He enjoys the country life and being surrounded by animals. Jose Juan has a keen understanding of business process allowing him to design highly efficient and automated business applications.
