Maíra dos Santos
Vice President, Nonprofit Solutions
Maíra joined Urgensee in 2016 to lead the regional operations in the Gulf Coast area. Maíra has over 10 years of nonprofit business operations experience coupled with hands-on experience developing Salesforce.com to dramatically transform an operation. Most recently Maíra served as the Director of Operations for The Woods Project, a nonprofit organization in the Houston area that provides life and leadership skills to low-income youth through wilderness exploration and education.
Dhruv Khattar
Vice President, COMMERCIAL & HIGHER ED
Starting his career in large for-profit organizations before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Dhruv was surprised to see how the Salesforce platform enabled small and thrifty nonprofits to build comparable competencies. At Urgensee, Dhruv brings his passion and experience in lean operations, design thinking and product management to clients across a broad array of industries. Dhruv holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and an MS in Information Management
Megan Michaelson
VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT DELIVERY
Megan brings more than 15 years of experience in program management, learning and development, and client-facing operations. Prior to joining Urgensee, she held senior leadership roles at FactSet, where she led large-scale global initiatives, improved employee engagement, scaled onboarding programs, and aligned talent with business and client needs. Megan received her BS in Business Management from Skidmore College and also serves on the board of NAMI Shoreline and enjoys country life with her son and their dogs. She brings a client-focused, data-driven approach to her role, ensuring business success and client satisfaction.
Jose Juan Victoriano
TECHNICAL LEAD - NEARSHORE
Jose Juan, with nearly a decade of experience as a software developer, started his career developing software applications in the banking and financial services sector. He spent several years with Dalton Corporation and then moved into the Salesforce.com ecosystem supporting international clients building customized applications to serve unique industry challenges. Jose Juan received his BS in Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico De Ciudad Guzmán. He enjoys the country life and being surrounded by animals. Jose Juan has a keen understanding of business process allowing him to design highly efficient and automated business applications.
RICARDO ARGUELLES
DEVELOPER
Ricardo is a software developer with nearly 7 years of experience, specializing in backend web development. He has worked on solving complex problems and is skilled in designing and building robust APIs and microservices. His technical background includes experience with PHP and Salesforce, though his primary expertise is in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. He is committed to continuous learning and consistently applies best practices in both coding and solution design.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

German has five years of experience developing on both AWS as well as Salesforce. German graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Guzmán with a degree in Computer Systems Engineering. German is a great problem solver and likes new challenges to find creative and cost effective technology solutions.

Paty started her career in system testing with AtalayaSystems before taking on a DBA role for Nuvem Tecnología Viva. Paty brings a wealth of knowledge in creating automated system testing methods. Paty enjoys a challenge and is always looking for ways to find efficiencies and productivity gains for customers.v

Fernando Espinoza
Developer
Fernando is a software developer with five years of experience, specializing in Java and Spring Boot microservices. He has worked on a variety of backend projects, including large scale integrations with Salesforce and data migrations from relational databases into the Salesforce ecosystem. His technical background also includes experience with SQL, SQL Server, and AWS.
Fernando holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Guzmán. A dedicated team player who enjoys learning from others and sharing his own knowledge. Fernando thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about continuous improvement. Outside of work, he enjoys video games, music, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Victor Espinoza
Developer
Victor Espinoza has nine years of experience in IT, including four years as a Salesforce Developer. He spent the first five years of his career in the retail sector, working for the second-largest drugstore chain in the United States as a Network Operations Agent, later advancing to team lead. He then transitioned into the Salesforce ecosystem, joining a great team where he contributes to building customizations, developing new features, and providing support to international clients.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telematics Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, watching documentaries, taking walks, and spending time with friends.
Aurora Garcia
Business Systems Analyst
With almost a decade of experience in system testing, Aurora is passionate about ensuring software quality and user satisfaction. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator, she specializes in optimizing processes and enhancing CRM functionality to meet client needs.
Aurora holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Guzmán. With a deep commitment to precision and continuous learning, Aurora really enjoys collaborating with teams to solve challenges, delivering high-quality results. Outside of work she enjoys meeting new people and exploring new places, which helps her stay connected with diverse perspectives and ideas.
Kenna Holder
Consultant
Kenna started her career as a project manager and biomedical researcher in a non-profit interdisciplinary research lab, where her area of focus was early detection and prevention of neurodegenerative diseases. Having found a passion for solving complex problems while completing her Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Denver University, she worked alongside team members with specialization in both CE and Biomedical Engineering. After college, Kenna went on to split her time between working as an EMT on a 911-response ambulance and supporting data projects related to the implementation of a CRM for a large private equity firm. Kenna joined the team here at Urgensee as a consultant in 2024, bringing along her love for working closely with both clients and coworkers to present the highest-quality solutions for any challenge she is faced with.
ELENA MORAN
BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
Elena has 10 years of experience in software system assurance. She holds a degree in Telematics Engineering from the Universidad de Guadalajara. Throughout her career, she has actively contributed to various stages of the testing lifecycle, including planning, estimation, test execution, defect tracking, and documentation. In some projects, she has also been involved in developing requirement specifications, demonstrating her ability to understand and define clear and actionable test objectives. Elena is passionate about continuous learning—not only in her professional field but also in her personal life. She enjoys exploring new knowledge and techniques, and she loves games that challenge her mental agility, such as Sudoku and puzzles.
Rebeca Salas
Consultant
Rebeca joined the Urgensee team with over 10 years of experience in Tech, Data, Operations, & HR processes across nonprofit organizations and businesses. Most recently, Rebeca served as the founding Operations Manager and Salesforce Administrator at CareerSpring. There, she established and managed the nonprofit’s Salesforce setup, helping to enable the organization’s growth from a start-up to an esteemed national organization. Rebeca enjoys learning and finding solutions and she is eager to now do this for various organizations/missions.
Nelson Torrez
Developer
Nelson González Torrez has over eight years of experience in software development, specializing in both frontend and backend technologies. He has worked extensively with JavaScript, PHP, React, and Laravel, currently focusing on Laravel 11. His expertise extends to cloud computing with AWS, Linux system administration, API development, and database management using MySQL on AWS RDS. Additionally, he has experience with containerized applications in Kubernetes and email service configuration with AWS SES.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telematics Engineering. Currently, he is expanding his knowledge in Salesforce to enhance his technical skill set.

Rommel is both a Salesforce and Python developer with seven years of experience. Rommel enjoys leveraging advances in technology to find breakthrough improvements for customers. Rommel earned his bachelors degree in Computer Science from the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Guzmán

Dan Woodward
Chief Executive Officer
With over four decades of senior executive experience, Dan’s past roles include serving as Chairman and CEO at Enherent Corp., as well as senior executive posts at both EDS and IBM serving the needs of a wide variety of market segments. While serving on the Board of Directors for the OneStar National Service Commission and working with a variety of different nonprofit organizations, Dan recognized the need to provide nonprofits with better tools in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness. His extensive experience in executive leadership, technology and operations led him to start Urgensee to help small and medium sized businesses and nonprofits take advantage of the full impact of leading technologies.
